From survival to self-worth – this is my story.

I’m Natalia Christie, and I haven’t just studied trauma. I’ve lived it.

Adopted at five. Left home at seventeen. A young mum, a single mum, and a woman who’s navigated more grief, abuse, silence and identity loss than most people will ever know.

For years, I wore the “strong one” mask.
Outwardly coping. Inwardly crumbling.
Using sex to numb pain. Losing myself in others.
Desperate for love, connection, anything to fill the void.

I’ve been the woman:

  • Who was told she wouldn’t be a good mum

  • Who lost a son and had to carry on breathing

  • Who became the “other woman” to feel chosen

  • Who hit rock bottom and wrote goodbye letters

But I didn’t stay there.
That breakdown became my beginning.

That’s when I chose to heal—on my terms.
With no shame. No pretending. No fake positivity.
Just deep, messy, sacred work.

I trained in the methods that saved me:

  • NLP, EFT, CBT, Belief Coding, EMDR

  • Trauma-informed, compassion-led, heart-first practices

And I built this work to support other women who feel like they’re breaking quietly in the background of their own lives.

Why I do what I do

Healing changed everything for me, not because I became someone new, but because I finally started remembering who I was before the trauma.

I do this work because I know what it feels like to smile on the outside while falling apart inside.

I coach from a place of lived experience, trauma-informed knowledge, and deep empathy. This is more than support, it’s space. It’s strategy. It’s safety.

I don’t believe in “fixing” women. I believe in walking beside them as they remember their strength.

My approach is rooted in calm, compassion, and clarity.

I blend a combination of:

  • Therapeutic tools: NLP, EFT, CBT, EMDR, Belief Coding, MBCBT

  • Coaching structure: Strategic, goal-led sessions that build self-trust

  • Energy awareness: Trauma-informed nervous system support

  • Belief Coding® to shift subconscious patterns

  • NLP, EFT, CBT & EMDR-based tools to rewire and regulate

  • Pre-recorded programs & live sessions for real-world integration

Whether you join a 1:1 session or a 6 or 12-week course, or pick a membership journey, you’ll be held in a space of safety, strategy, and self-reclamation.
